Integration with LEADL.AI

Integration of Selarti with the service for parsing messages in Telegram chats.

You will need access credentials in the LEADL.AI and Selarti dashboards to configure this.

In the LEADL.AI service go to the "Integrations", in the "Webhook" click "Configure".

For further configuration you will need the task ID. In the Selarti dashboard go to the "Tasks", to get the ID click "ID" to the left of the name.

Next assemble the link using the template:

https://api.selarti.com/v1/id_service?task_id=your_task_id

Where instead of "your_task_id" you need to insert the copied ID from the Selarti dashboard.

Return to the LEADL.AI dashboard, paste the link you created from the template into the field "Webhook URL (HTTPS required)". Click "Add integration".

Done! Now usernames will be sent to Selarti according to the configured scoring settings. Also the user's chat messages, chat name, surnames and given names will be sent to the AI context.
