In Selarti, you can choose between two main plans — 'Turnkey Setup', where our specialists will set everything up for you, and the 'Self-Setup' plan, where the cost depends on the number of AI managers (communication channels) and the volume of data in dialogues (depends on the selected OpenAI language model). Understanding the limits is important so that your accounts are not blocked.

Cost of one AI manager — $20 per month

AI manager — a robot/bot based on artificial intelligence.

One manager can work on one task from one communication channel at a time. For example, if you need to work simultaneously from two Telegram accounts and one Whatsapp account, that's 3 managers.

The payment for a manager is charged automatically; if the balance is less than $20, the manager will be blocked until payment is made.

Volume of data in dialogues

When interacting with AI managers the cost or usage limit of the system is calculated based on the number of processed text units or characters — tokens.

Token — the amount of text that can be processed. On average, one word takes about 1-2 tokens for Russian text, so 1 token is approximately 3-4 characters.

The fee is charged only when the user responds.

WhatsApp business API (waba) rates

To improve interaction between WhatsApp and Selarti services, you can use the WhatsApp business API integration.

WhatsApp Business API allows companies to integrate WhatsApp with Selarti for automating messages, sending notifications, and customer support.

Rate is $0.03 - $0.08 per opening a 24-hour dialogue. The cost varies depending on the country. For Russia, it's $0.085; you can see rates for other countries here.

Bot protection.

If the AI manager encounters a bot in any of the channels, it will be blocked to avoid an endless dialogue. When blocked, the dialogue is marked as 'bot' and 'closed'. Incoming messages will go to your personal account, but the manager will not respond.

- maximum $1 per dialogue; - maximum 6 similar messages in a dialogue.

Message sending limits

To avoid being blocked by services, you need to adhere to the limits.

When creating a task with the 'Incoming and outgoing communication' format, choose the limit depending on the required channel:

• Telegram cloud — unlimited for bot subscribers, 50 per day for Telegram users;

• Whatsapp web — 50 per day;

• Waba — depends on the level in meta. At the first level, no more than 200 per day;

• Vkontakte user — 20 per day;

• Vkontakte public — 200 per day.

When setting up a task, these limits must be specified in the 'Daily outgoing limit per channel' section.
