In the "Lists" section, you can add users to the white or black list to control the virtual manager's interactions with clients.
General view of the section
In your Selarti personal account, go to the section “Lists”.

Main elements
The table displays all created lists:
Name — the name of the list you set when creating it;
List type — the specified list type: "White list" or "Black list";
Used in — tasks where this list is used;
Actions — icon for deleting the list.
How to use lists
Black list is needed to add users who have unsubscribed from mailings or asked not to be contacted.
White list is suitable for organizing work as follows — all new clients are first consulted by sales department employees, and then the contact is added to the white list and further communication is handled by the virtual manager.
Creating a list
To create a list, go to the section “Lists”, click on "Create list".

A list creation form will open, which you need to fill out:
Name — specify the list name for convenience;
List type — select one of two options:
White list — the virtual manager will work only with clients from this list;
Black list — the virtual manager will not work with clients from this list, but will handle requests from all others.
Used in all tasks — check the box if the list should work for all tasks. If the box is not checked, you can select one or more tasks;
Enter your list — specify clients as a list.
After filling in all the form fields, click "Create list".

Editing a created list
To edit an existing list — for example, to add users to it, click on the list. An editing field will open, make the necessary changes, then click “Save”.
