# Integration with amoCRM

*Integration with* [*amoCRM*](https://www.amocrm.ru/) *allows you to increase the efficiency of AI agents by combining the capabilities of artificial intelligence with the functionality of the CRM system to manage your sales*.

Integration setup is done using the Make service. The first step is setting up the connection **Selarti + Make** was covered in a [separate article](/manual-en/external-integrations/integration-using-the-make-service.md). In this article, the second part of the setup is covered — the connection **amoCRM + Make**.

Open amoCRM and go to *«amoMarket»*, click on the kebab menu at the top right and select «*+ Create integration»*.

In the window that opens, select «*+ Create»* opposite the «External integratio&#x6E;*»* item.

In the window that opens, fill in the fields:

* **Allow access** — «Al&#x6C;*»*, to do this, check all available items;
* **Description** — for your convenience, write «Selart&#x69;*»* there so as not to get confused later.

Then click «*Save»* in the upper right corner.

In *«amoMarket»*, go to the «*Installed»* section, find the created integration and click on «*Selarti»*.

In the settings window that opens, go to «*Keys and scopes»*, click «*Generate long-lived token»*.

In the next window, enter the expiration date and confirm it.

Please note — select the maximum possible period, that is, five years.

Copy your token, you will need it for further setup on the «Make» side.

Download the ready-made template for integrating Selarti and amoCRM [at the link](https://disk.yandex.ru/d/sd0AYj7vdeS0lw).

Go to [Make](https://www.make.com/en/login?response_type=code\&client_id=eu2.make.com\&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Feu2.make.com%2Fsso%2Foauth\&state=98de6beb8d7905262540\&scope=zone%3Alogin), open the «*Scenarios»* section and click «*+ Create a new scenario»*.

In the scenario settings, click on the kebab menu and select «*Import blueprint»*, upload the previously downloaded integration template file.

Check all requests and replace the data in parentheses with your own.

In the field «*URL»* replace <mark style="background-color:orange;">(</mark>домен\_вашего\_амо<mark style="background-color:orange;">)</mark> with your domain — you can see it in the address bar of amoCRM.

In the field *Headers > Item 1 > Value* replace <mark style="background-color:orange;">(</mark>тут\_токен\_амо<mark style="background-color:orange;">)</mark> with your token — it should have been copied in the previous amoCRM setup step.

Then click «*OK»*.
