⚙️Integrations | Integration

In the 'Integrations' section, you can set up integration with any external service, as well as configure daily reports to be sent to a chat, channel, or personal messages in Telegram.

General view of the section

In the sidebar, go to the Integrations.

Main elements

The list of created integrations is displayed in the central part of the screen.

  • Name — the name you specified when creating the integration.

  • Type — the type of integration (with which service the integration is set up).

  • Trigger — events upon which a webhook will be sent.

  • Used in — tasks in which the integration is involved.

  • Actions — deleting the integration.

Creating an integration

In the section 'Integrations' click the button 'Create integration' located in the upper right corner of the screen.

In the dropdown menu, select the integration you want to set up. Available options:

  • Albato — a webhook will be sent when a manager receives contacts or consent for a target action. Detailed setup in separate article.

  • Zaiper — a webhook will be sent when a manager receives contacts or consent for a target action. Detailed setup in a separate article.

  • Make — a webhook will be sent when a manager receives contacts or consent for a target action. Detailed setup in separate article.

  • Daily report — setting up the sending of daily reports to a chat, channel, or personal messages in telegram. Detailed setup in separate article.

Editing an integration

To make changes:

  1. Click on the integration you want to edit. The integration editor window will open.

  2. Make the necessary changes.

  3. Click “Save”.
